Our professional experiences key from years of working as Disability support workers, Team leader (Disability, Child & Youth), Age care and community diversity and Residential Youth Worker.
We have extensive knowledge of NDIS operational systems, monitoring department issues & client’s complaints, staff management of team leaders including performance management and mentoring. Furthermore, Sound knowledge and adherence to OH&S measures/procedures, high level knowledge of office & administrative duties. Lastly, we are equipped with all necessary certificates, educational qualifications, volunteering and student placements in the welfare sector.
